Take an ImPACT Test (new students) – The ImPACT Test is a baseline concussion cognitive memory exam that is required for all student-athletes prior to playing. These results are used by our athletic trainer and doctors when determining severity of a sustained concussion. These tests are administered by myself or our athletic trainer. Students only need to take the ImPACT Test once.
Academic Eligibility – Per QPS policy, a student cannot have more than one failing grade during the last marking period. Minimum passing grade is a 63. Quarter 1 grades will be officially posted by mid November. These grades will determine who is eligible for the start of Winter sports.
November 23 – Winter Sports Eligibility Clearance Day will be November 23rd, 12:00pm-2:00pm at QHS. Any student-athlete can come in to check their status prior to tryouts/practice.
